Using over 1,200 coating formulations developed in-house and more than 18 coating pans for the application of our coatings, we have the capability to produce >10,000 tonnes of coloured minerals per year.
With the knowledge to apply a variety of functional and decorative coatings on powders and granules, we can react swiftly to any non-standard colour or coating request. Technical coatings include conductive coatings for anti-static systems, silane coatings for improved adhesion promotion and physical properties, and clear coatings to eliminate dust or act as a primer coat. Pigmented coatings can be applied to a wide range of minerals to provide a decorative product or to serve a purpose, such as increased visibility in safety zones in flooring and highways applications.
Additionally, we provide blending and packing services for our coated minerals.
