Products, custom blends and own-label products are packaged into whatever container is needed. There are many different types of packaging alternatives including paper and polyethylene valve sacks, buckets, sachets, ultrasonic sealed valve sacks and tins, plus bulk, loose-melt EVA, open-topped, heat-sealed or stitched, and water soluble bags. We also provide bulk delivery.
Working closely with packaging manufacturers, we can deliver your products in custom, branded, own-label or unmarked packaging. Experienced in producing custom blends and own-label products, using:
- Haver Integra enclosed valve bag, twin head, automated packing system
- 4 semi-automatic powder packing lines, including a Pacepacker, for packing into open-topped heat-sealed poly bags or paper valve sacks
- 4 gravity-fed valve packers for ply bags or paper valve sacks
- Designated packing areas for hand-batch assembly of Marbles and Granites for Terrazzo systems
- 2 fully automated form, fill and seal packers, with robot stacker capable of packing on CP1, CP3, Euro and Standard pallets
Boud specialise in repair kit assembly, with a dedicated liquid decanting station for transferring resins and hardeners into smaller, more manageable, units.
